Fundamental in Cumberland, MD is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team.

You will deliver compassionate patient care, document observations, and assist in supervising other staff as needed.

Job description

• Now offering a $5,000 sign on bonus for newly hired, full time LPNs. Newly hired full time LPNs must start on or before , October 30, 2026 to qualify for bonus.

Walk-in interviews available Wednesday and Thursday mornings 7:00am to 12:30pm.

Full/part-time, and PRN available.

8 and 12 hour shifts available.

Posted Salary Range

USD $27.00 - USD $33.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Works under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Responsible for delivering nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.
• Will also direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be a licensed LPN in good standing with the state (as required)
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation required
