Job summary

Oakland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting. You will work under supervision, deliver nursing care, collect patient data, and coordinate with the care team to ensure safety and comfort for residents.

Applicants must be a licensed LPN in good standing, with 1+ years of LTC experience preferred and reliable transportation. Competitive benefits and a sign-on bonus are offered for full-time hires.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Works under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Responsible for delivering nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.
• Will also direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.
• Must be a licensed LPN in good standing with the state (as required)
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation required
