Job summary

Job description

Total Compensation: $29.10–$30.25/hour*

Medical, dental and vision benefits are available subject to eligibility and plan terms.

Your contribution

Provide practical nursing care within your license, authorized care plans and required supervision. Administer medications and treatments as authorized, monitor changes, communicate concerns to the RN or provider, and maintain timely clinical documentation. Support patient safety, respectful communication and coordinated care.

Assignment and schedule

• On-site local W-2 contract in Elkins, West Virginia; no traveler stipend or travel reimbursement included.
• Night shift window: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, with a 30-minute meal period.
• Two-week rotation: two shifts one week and four shifts the next. Every other weekend is required. Final paid hours and workweek arrangement confirmed before offer.
• Source dates: November 13, 2026–February 12, 2027. Actual start confirmed after clearance.
• The source lists a 24-hour weekly guarantee subject to attendance and assignment terms. Actual paid and billed hours confirmed before offer.
• Overtime depends on the approved schedule and applicable requirements; final terms are confirmed before offer.

What you bring

• Current West Virginia LPN license or valid authority to practice in West Virginia.
• Education and qualifications appropriate to practical nursing, with practice within authorized scope.
• Ability to complete applicable screening, credentialing, orientation and client requirements before practice.
• PointClickCare experience is required.
• Reliable communication and a patient-centered approach.

Employment arrangement:

Contract placements recruited through Domnovate Healthcare are W-2 employment through our employer of record. Our Client is the assignment site.
