Job summary

Healthforce is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel assignment in Elkins, West Virginia. This 13-week contract starts on 11/02/2026 and offers 24 guaranteed hours per week on a 3x12-hour night shift (19:00–07:00) in a long-term care setting.

The role requires active LPN licensure in good standing (WV or eligible), strong communication, and reliable documentation. Weekly pay ranges from $1,139 to $1,152, with every other weekend included in the schedule, and recruiter support

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing (WV or eligible)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within LPN scope
• Administer prescribed medications and document administration
• Perform routine nursing assessments and monitor vital signs
• Support activities of daily living and mobility
• Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team; communicate changes clearly
• Maintain infection control and follow medication safety protocols
