Job summary

Domnovate Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a local on-site contract in Rutland, Vermont. You will support daily resident care, monitor needs, and document observations within the nursing plan.

The role involves evening hours 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, a 40-hour weekly guarantee, and the expectation to work weekends. Overtime is not offered and reliable transportation is required.

Total Compensation: $20.55-$21.40/hour*

Our Client is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a local contract opportunity in Rutland, Vermont. Help people with daily needs while contributing attentive observations, clear communication and respectful care to the nursing team.

Your contribution

Provide practical nursing care within authorized scope and care plans. Monitor resident needs, administer medications and treatments as authorized, communicate changes to the RN or provider, support safe care and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with the care team and follow infection prevention and safety practices.

Assignment and schedule

• Local, on-site contract; no traveler stipend.
• Evening shift 2:00 PM-10:30 PM, 30-minute meal; exact workdays confirmed before offer.
• Source lists 40-hour weekly guarantee subject to attendance and assignment terms. Every weekend is required. All requested time off must be approved before finalizing the contract.
• No overtime is available. Own reliable transportation is required; public transportation is limited.
• Current source assignment ends November 9, 2026. Start and remaining duration confirmed before offer; remaining duration depends on the confirmed start.

What you bring

• Current Vermont LPN license or eligibility, with required credentials completed before practice.
• Appropriate practical nursing education and qualifications and ability to provide nursing care within scope.
• Careful observations, dependable communication and a respectful approach.
• Ability to complete applicable screening, credential and orientation requirements.
