Qualifications

• Updated TB skin test required.
• Ability to perform physical duties including resident assistance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage medication administration accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to supervising nurse or physician.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medications, treatments, and resident care.
• Support resident safety, comfort, and quality of life.
• Follow facility policies and infection control guidelines.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure continuity of care.

Pay Rate: $30.00 to $34.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Flexible PRN scheduling or contract shifts available

Start Date: As soon as credentialing is completed
Employment Status: W2 Employee
