Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Visit residents daily to observe and report changes to the nurse in charge or physician.
• Identify emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures in absence of a physician.
• Provide holistic care within LPN scope.
• Assist in monitoring medications, supplies, and equipment inventory.
• Perform admin duties such as forms, charting and reports as needed.
• Report exposures to blood or hazardous materials per policy.
