Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid LPN license.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Visit residents daily to observe and evaluate health status and notify supervisors of changes.
• Identify emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures when needed.
• Provide holistic care within LPN scope.
• Monitor medications, supplies, and equipment inventory.
• Complete medical forms, reports, and charting.
• Report occupational exposures per policy.
