Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking an experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Per Diem team throughout Hampton Roads. This role offers a pay range of $37-$39 per hour, per diem scheduling, and flexible weekly pay options including Same-Day or Next-Day Pay with RapidPay Card.

Beneficios include a Hiring Bonus after completion of 2 shifts, and Local Staffing Coordinators available 5 AM-11:30 PM to support your schedule. Local applicants preferred.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience
• Current BLS/CPR
• PPD within the last year

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collect and document patient information
• Provide wound care and patient education
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs

Requirements
