Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team throughout Hampton Roads.

We offer competitive pay of $37-$39/hour, same-day or next-day pay with RapidPay Card, and a bonus after completing 2 shifts. Weekly pay and flexible scheduling make this role attractive for local RNs looking for per diem work.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• PPD within the last year is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
