Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team throughout Hampton Roads. Local applicants encouraged to apply with flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

As an LPN, you will provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, administer medications, collect patient information, and coordinate care with the healthcare team. An active LPN license and at least 1 year of facility experience are required, along with

• Current BLS/CPR.
• PPD within the last year.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.

• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
