Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is actively seeking experienced LPNs for per diem opportunities across Hampton Roads. You will perform routine nursing duties, administer medications, document patient data, and coordinate care with the medical team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Per diem schedules offer competitive pay of $37–$39 per hour, same-day/next-day pay, and flexible hours with local staffing coordinators available.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based nursing experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD test within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.

Requirements
