Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team throughout Hampton Roads. This role offers hourly pay of $37-$39, per diem scheduling, and rapid payroll options with Same-Day or Next-Day Pay. Local applicants encouraged to apply.

The LPN will provide nursing care, administer medications, monitor patient status, and coordinate with the healthcare team. Active LPN license, 1 year of facility experience, and CPR/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.

Requirements
