Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced LPNs for per diem assignments across Hampton Roads. Earn $37-$39 per hour with per diem pay and the option for same-day or next-day payment via RapidPay Card. A hiring bonus is offered after completing 2 shifts, plus weekly pay and flexible scheduling.

Local coordinators are available from 5 AM to 11:30 PM. Requirements include an active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility experience, current BLS/CPR, a recent PPD, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD test within the last year.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
