Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under RN supervision, including coordination, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
• Manage the environment to ensure resident/patient safety.
• Supervise nursing assistants and ensure adherence to policies and standards of care.

Minimum Requirements

• Licensed in the State as an LPN
