Licensed Practical Nurse - Full-Time/Part-Time 2nd Shift

Under supervision of the RN Unit Manager or DON, the LPN provides nursing care, coordinates and implements resident plans, manages safety, and supervises nursing assistants, following all policies and the State Nurse Practice Act.

Minimum Requirements:

• Licensed LPN in the state
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to use necessary medical supplies and equipment
• Ability to calculate drug dosages
• Meet health requirements required by law
• Effective communication skills in English
• Basic computer knowledge and aptitude to learn company applications
