Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Branchville Correctional Facility team in Branchville, Indiana. The LPN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the supervision of RNs and medical staff, addressing physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, an active LPN license, CPR certification, and the ability to obtain security clearance.

• CPR certification required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Full-time night shift 6pm-6:30am available.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care within the scope of practice under supervision of RNs and medical/psychiatric staff.
• Respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs for incarcerated patients.
• Collaborate with RNs and medical team to coordinate care.
• Support continuity of care at Branchville Correctional Facility.
