Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Putnamville Correctional Facility in Greencastle, Indiana. You will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of RNs and medical staff, addressing a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

We offer a $7,500 joining bonus, a day shift schedule (6:00am–6:30pm) with rotating weekends, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance, including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under RN supervision.
• Respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
• Work with medical and psychiatric staff to deliver care.
