Spring Hill Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Pittsburgh is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time evening shift (3p-11p). You will provide ongoing nursing care to residents, follow the care plan, assess and report changes, and supervise other nursing staff as needed.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Lead the way using the Nurse Practice Act, LH Standards, Policies and Procedures, and sound nursing judgment
• Delivers nursing care to residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care
• Assesses residents, makes observations, and reports pertinent information related to the resident's care
• Implements the resident plan of care and evaluates the resident response
• Directs and supervises care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations
