Champion City Nursing & Rehabilitation in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time and part-time roles. 8‑hour shifts available: 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm and 11pm–7am. A $2.00 shift differential now being offered for the 3pm–11pm shift.
You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and maintain accurate care records under supervision. Competitive pay and benefits included.
Qualifications
- Current LPN licensure in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration.

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans.

As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse or other licensed healthcare professionals to provide direct patient care, administer medications, and monitor patient conditions. You will also maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
- Provide direct patient care, including vital sign checks, wound care, and administration of medications
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes or concerns to supervising RNs or physicians
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments
