Job summary

Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina, located in Easley, SC, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time hours. A progressive $5k sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates. You will provide compassionate, resident-centered care and work with a team dedicated to service and excellence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, individualized care according to residents' care plans.
• Perform rounds and monitor residents’ conditions.
• Supervise and direct other care staff.
• Communicate care updates with residents and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Complete documentation accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Notify physicians and families of significant changes.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Maintain clinical competency and uphold professional standards.
• Work weekends and holidays as needed.

What You'll Do as LPN:

What We're Looking For:

• Valid LPN license in the state of South Carolina
• 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Proficiency with basic computer skills
