Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home nursing care to pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes across Fort Myers, FL.

Responsibilities include assessing and planning patient care, delivering skilled nursing services per orders, monitoring changes in the patient’s condition, and documenting findings for care coordination. Qualifications include LPN license, TB/Chest X-ray, BLS, and 1 year of nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice (Florida).
• TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
