Job summary

Family Guidance Centers, Inc. seeks an entry-level clinician/support role at our Des Plaines, IL location to aid medication-assisted treatment and behavioral health services. The position supports patient flow from assessment to discharge and involves dispensing medications under strict DEA procedures.

Responsibilities include monitoring patient health, documenting findings, and occasional travel. LPN licensure with CPR is required, and the role offers part-time hours with early morning shifts.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in hospital or agency setting preferred.
• LPN license registered in Illinois and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Processes patients from assessment to discharge in both medications assisted treatment and drug free treatment programming.
• Dispenses all medication under procedures set forth by Family Guidance Centers, Substance Use Prevention and Recovery, Clinical Sustainability Assessment Tool and the DEA
• Monitors the appropriateness of methadone and medication dosages.
• Monitors the physical & mental health well-being of patients and documents findings.
• Must be available to travel if needed

Work Schedule: 3-4 days per week (6:00am - 2:30pm)
