Job summary

Riverbrook Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. The role includes developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans, and may involve supervising staff and guiding unit operations.

Candidates must be a graduate of an approved Practical or Vocational Nursing program and licensed by the Georgia State Board of Nursing; experience in geriatric or rehabilitative care is preferred.

Qualifications

Graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing.
Licensed by the Georgia State Board of Nursing.
Experience preferred in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing.

Responsibilities

Assist in development and implementation of individualized Nursing Care Plans.
Assist orientation and supervision of nursing personnel; lead per shift as needed.
Support daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities as required.
