Job summary
Riverbrook Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support short term rehabilitation and long-term care services. The LPN will work with the Unit Director to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to ensure that the needs of the customers are met, and oversee daily unit operations per shift.
Qualified candidates must graduate from an approved LPN program and hold current licensure.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved Practical or Vocational Nursing program.
- Current licensure as a Practical Nurse by the State Board of Nursing.
- Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans.
- Assist in orientation of and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Attend to daily operations of the unit per shift and assume leadership as needed.
