Menominee Health Services, part of North Shore Health, seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver resident-centered care under supervision. You will assess, implement, and evaluate plans of care for residents on your shift in a supportive team environment.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with flexible scheduling, shift differentials for PM/NOC, and comprehensive health benefits. Direct Care Workers earn an extra $3/hour under a Michigan program.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license and current CPR certification.
• Compassion for older adults and a team-first, accountable approach.
• Ability to calculate medication dosages and use standard nursing equipment.
• Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and ability to meet all legal health requirements.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred; new graduates welcome with training and support.

Responsabilités

• Under supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, assume responsibility for a group of residents during a shift.
• Provide nursing care through assessment, implementation and evaluation of the plan of care.
