Menominee Health Services is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our resident-centered care team. Under supervision, you will perform nursing duties, assess residents, implement care plans, and contribute to quality outcomes in a post-acute setting.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive wages up to $37.25 per hour, shift differentials, and comprehensive benefits for full-time or part-time staff. Growth opportunities exist within our expanding care network.

Competenze

• Active LPN license and CPR certification are required.
• Compassion for older adults and a team-first approach.
• Ability to calculate medication dosages and use nursing equipment.
• Good communication and basic computer skills.

Mansioni

• Provide nursing care under supervision of Unit Manager/ADON/DON.

Summary:

Under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents/patients during a shift. Nursing care is provided through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.
