Job summary

Lancaster Health Services is a leading provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation, part of North Shore Healthcare family with 70 centers in the Upper Midwest.

Under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents during a shift. Nursing care is provided through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license and current CPR certification.
• Compassion for older adults and a team-first, accountable approach.
• Ability to calculate medication dosages and use standard nursing equipment.
• Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and ability to meet all legal health requirements.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred; new graduates welcome with training and support.
