Job summary

North Shore Health is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Mineral Point Health Services in Wisconsin. You will provide resident-centered nursing care, assess needs, and contribute to care planning with the team.

Active LPN license and CPR certification are required. We offer flexible scheduling, shift differentials for PM/NOC, and growth opportunities within our expanding post-acute network.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, provide nursing care for a group of residents during a shift.
• Assess, implement and evaluate the plan of care for residents.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure resident safety and comfort.
