Licensed Practical Nurse Care Manager / Case Management (LPN)

Job Details

Location: Amsterdam Nursing Home, New York City

Position: LPN Team Member (All shifts)

Base Rate: $35.38/hr with an additional 10% shift differential for evening and night shifts. Non-Union rate: $45/hr.
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus for full-time. New grads welcome! Now hiring directly into the union.

Responsibilities

• Collect information from new residents for admission
• Record health details, vital signs, and temperature
• Administer medications and injections
• Treat and dress wounds and bedsores
• Supervise CNAs if required
• Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene
• Monitor food and liquid intake/output

Requirements

• Valid NY State LPN license
• Good standing with State Registry
• Ability to work as part of a team
