Job Details

Hope Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Bronx, NY. The base rate is $31.94, with an additional $0.25 shift differential for evenings and nights.

Responsibilities

• Collect required information from new Residents for admission.
• Record health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature.
• Administer medications and injections as needed.
• Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) if required.
• Assist Residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
• Monitor Residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Valid LPN State license.
• Good standing with State Registry.
