Licensed Practical Nurse Care Manager / Case Management (LPN)

Salary: $31.94/hour with an additional $0.25 shift differential for evenings and nights.

Responsibilities

• Collect information from new Residents for admission.
• Record health details, including vitals and temperature.
• Administer medications and injections as needed.
• Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) if required.
• Assist Residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
• Monitor food and liquid intake/output.
