Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse for Union Correctional Institution in Raiford, FL. The role operates from 5:00 PM to 5:30 AM, three shifts per week with rotating weekends, providing holistic care to incarcerated patients under supervision.

Pay rate ranges from $30.50 to $34 per hour, with comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, holidays, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required.
• Must be CPR certified.
• Corrections experience not required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.

We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Union Correctional Institution located in Raiford, Florida.

Pay Rate: $30.50-$34

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required


• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)


• Corrections experience not required


• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

5pm-5:30am, three shifts per week; rotating weekends
