Job summary

Centurion Health in Lake Butler, Florida, is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Reception and Medical Center team. You will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of RNs and medical staff, working day shifts 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Must hold a Florida LPN license (or ability to obtain one) and CPR certification; corrections experience is not required, and the role may require ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Florida LPN license (or ability to obtain one) required.
• CPR certification required.
• Corrections experience not required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under RN and medical/psychiatric staff supervision.

We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the Reception and Medical Center located in Lake Butler, Florida (Union County).

Pay Rate: $31.50-35.50

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Monday-Friday 7a-3:30pm (Transfer & Receiving)
