Job summary

Centurion is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join the team at Florida State Prison in Raiford, FL. The LPN provides holistic nursing care under supervision of RNs and medical staff, addressing a range of health needs for inmates.

Shift: 7am-7:30pm, three shifts per week with rotating weekends. Pay rate: $30-33.50/hr. Benefits include health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, holidays, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• LPN license or ability to obtain one required.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Florida State Prison located in Raiford, Florida.

Pay Rate: $30-33.50/hr

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Work Schedule

7am-7:30pm. three shifts per week; rotating weekends
