Job summary

Quality Talent Group's client in New Jersey is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to join a dedicated long-term care team in Wyckoff. You will provide compassionate resident care and support a stable, caring environment.

Open to new graduates and experienced LPNs, with full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts. You will administer medications, monitor residents, document records, and collaborate with RNs, all while upholding safety and quality care standards.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in New Jersey.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist CNAs with ADLs and routine resident care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Accurately document and maintain patient records.
• Observe and report resident health conditions to RNs, supervisors, and physicians.
• Take vital signs and monitor fluid/food intake and output.
• Provide wound care, injections, and IV management.
• Support the admissions process and communicate with the pharmacy for orders.
• Ensure resident safety by reporting incidents, accidents, or skin breakdowns.
