Job summary

Quality Talent Group is partnering with a respected long-term care provider in New Jersey to hire Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). We offer flexible schedules—full-time, part-time, and per diem—and competitive pay with benefits.

New graduates and experienced nurses are welcome to apply. You will assist with ADLs, administer medications, document care, monitor residents, and collaborate with RNs and physicians.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist CNAs with ADLs and routine resident care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Accurately document and maintain patient records.
• Observe and report resident health conditions to RNs, supervisors, and physicians.
• Take vital signs and monitor fluid/food intake and output.
• Provide wound care, injections, and IV management.
• Support the admissions process and communicate with the pharmacy for orders.
• Ensure resident safety by reporting incidents, accidents, or skin breakdowns.
