Job summary

Quality Talent Group's client is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a compassionate long‑term care team in New Jersey. You will work with CNAs, administer medications, document care, and monitor resident health to support safety and well‑being.

Responsibilities

• Assist CNAs with ADLs and routine resident care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Accurately document and maintain patient records
• Observe and report resident health conditions to RNs, supervisors, and physicians
• Take vital signs and monitor fluid/food intake and output
• Provide wound care, injections, and IV management
• Support the admissions process and communicate with the pharmacy for orders
• Ensure resident safety by reporting incidents, accidents, or skin breakdowns
