Job summary

Quality Talent Group is recruiting licensed practical nurses to join a respected long-term care partner in New Jersey. This role supports CNAs, administers medications, documents patient records, and monitors residents' health under RN supervision, with attention to safety and compassionate care.

Full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules are available, offering a welcoming team, generous PTO, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in New Jersey (NJ) is required.
• Strong clinical and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist CNAs with ADLs and routine resident care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Accurately document and maintain patient records.
• Observe and report resident health conditions to RNs, supervisors, and physicians.
• Take vital signs and monitor fluid/food intake and output.
• Provide wound care, injections, and IV management.
• Support the admissions process and communicate with the pharmacy for orders.
• Ensure resident safety by reporting incidents, accidents, or skin breakdowns.
