Job summary

Quality Talent Group partners with a respected long-term care provider in Clifton, NJ, to recruit Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). The position offers full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules with flexible shifts and a supportive leadership team.

You will assist CNAs with resident care, administer medications, document records, monitor health, and ensure safety. Open to new grads and experienced LPNs; comprehensive training and benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist CNAs with ADLs and routine resident care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Accurately document and maintain patient records
• Observe and report resident health conditions to RNs, supervisors, and physicians
• Take vital signs and monitor fluid/food intake and output
• Provide wound care, injections, and IV management
• Support the admissions process and communicate with the pharmacy for orders
• Ensure resident safety by reporting incidents, accidents, or skin breakdowns
