Job summary

Quality Talent Group partners with a long-term care facility seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in New Jersey to join a compassionate team. You will administer medications, assist with ADLs, document care, and collaborate with RNs and physicians.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist CNAs with ADLs and routine resident care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Accurately document and maintain patient records.
• Observe and report resident health conditions to RNs, supervisors, and physicians.
• Take vital signs and monitor fluid/food intake and output.
• Provide wound care, injections, and IV management.
• Support the admissions process and communicate with the pharmacy for orders.
• Ensure resident safety by reporting incidents, accidents, or skin breakdowns.
