Job summary

Affinity Home Health Care Inc. in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, delegate duties, and monitor performance on the unit.

• High school diploma and graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid LPN license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing, with proof of renewal every other year.
• Willingness to serve as charge nurse and work during emergencies for coverage.
• Ability to provide quality nursing care, follow doctors’ orders, and demonstrate interest in geriatric nursing.
• Annual CPR certification and participation in required training and meetings.
