Job summary

Aura Health seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support patient care in a dedicated unit. You will assist in directing nursing services under RN supervision and delegate tasks to nursing staff while monitoring performance.

The role emphasizes timely observation of patient conditions, rapid communication with physicians, and adherence to medical orders. CPR certification and ongoing in-service training are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing; renewal proof required biannually.
• Willingness to serve as charge nurse and work during emergencies for coverage.
• Ability to provide quality care, follow medical orders, and demonstrate interest in geriatric nursing.
• Yearly CPR certification and participation in in-service training and staff meetings.
