Job summary

Affinity Home Health Care Inc is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care in a healthcare facility. The role includes directing nursing services under RN supervision, delegating duties, and monitoring patient conditions.

The ideal candidate holds a NC LPN license, has a nursing school diploma, and CPR certification. You should be prepared to serve as charge nurse during emergencies and participate in ongoing staff training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing with renewal proof every other year.
• Willingness to serve as charge nurse and work during emergencies for coverage.
• Ability to deliver compassionate, quality care, follow doctors’ orders, and interest in geriatric nursing.
• Yearly CPR certification and participation in in-service training and staff meetings.
