Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking an LPN to support unit nursing services under RN supervision and in compliance with the Nursing Practice Act. You will delegate tasks, monitor care, and observe patients for adverse changes while coordinating with physicians as needed.

This role requires a NC LPN license with renewal, CPR certification, and willingness to serve as charge nurse during emergencies to ensure seamless coverage and quality geriatric care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid LPN license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing with biannual renewal proof.
• Willingness to serve as charge nurse and work during emergencies to ensure coverage.
• Ability to deliver quality care, follow doctor’s orders, and demonstrate a genuine interest in geriatric nursing.
• Yearly CPR certification and participation in in-service training and staff meetings.
