Job summary

Health, Inc is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to direct nursing services under RN supervision and to delegate tasks while monitoring staff performance. The role emphasizes observation of patient changes and timely communication to physicians in emergencies.

The ideal candidate holds NC licensure with renewal every other year, is willing to cover as charge nurse, and participates in ongoing in-service learning; CPR renewal annually is required.

Qualifications

• Valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing with renewal every other year.
• Willingness to work as a charge nurse and provide emergency coverage.
• Ability to deliver quality nursing care and follow medical orders.
• CPR certification renewed annually.
• Participation in in-service training and staff meetings.
