Aventura at Walton Hills is NOW HIRING Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time and part-time positions in Walton Hills, OH. Earn up to $33.50 per hour with daily pay options and a comprehensive benefits package. Shifts include day (7:00 AM–7:30 PM) and night (7:00 PM–7:30 AM).

Join a supportive team focused on resident care and career growth. As an LPN, you will provide compassionate nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, assist with assessments, and collaborate with RNs

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Experience in nursing, preferably long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor residents' conditions and document changes.
• Assist with assessments and care planning.
• Supervise and support CNAs and nursing assistants.
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Respond confidently during emergencies.
• Educate residents and families on health management.
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and caring environment.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.

What You'll Do

As an LPN, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding care by:

• Providing compassionate nursing care according to individualized care plans

• Administering medications and treatments accurately and safely

• Monitoring residents' conditions and documenting changes

• Assisting with assessments and care planning

• Supervising and supporting CNAs and nursing assistants

• Maintaining accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

• Responding confidently during emergencies

• Educating residents and families on health management

• Promoting a safe, comfortable, and caring environment

• Collaborating with physicians, RNs, and the interdisciplinary care team to provide exceptional resident care

What We're Looking For

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program

• CPR/BLS Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)

• Previous nursing experience preferred (long-term care experience is a plus, but not required)

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
