Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. This role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts (day, evening, night) with a patient-first care approach.

You will administer medications, monitor vitals, document care using EHR, and guide other nursing staff while supporting caregiver education. New grads are welcome; generous benefits include health coverage and daily pay.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Proven skills in medication administration and patient care.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication abilities.
• Experience with EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
