Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to join trusted skilled nursing and rehab centers. You will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, and support care plans for residents.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
