Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles in New York. You will deliver compassionate nursing care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings, administer medications, and help implement care plans with a focus on patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates are licensed LPNs, skilled in documentation, and comfortable with EHR systems. We offer day, evening, and night shifts, with a focus on teamwork and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
